Gwen Mazza

Gwen Martone Mazza is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst with over 20 years of counseling, coaching, consulting and training experience. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling in May, 1988. Gwen then spent 10 years teaching and training new clinicians in the art of group facilitation and direct clinical care. Full Biography

Yvette Brindle-Decancq

Yvette Brindle-Decancq MS Ed. comes to the coaching field with a unique blend of business and counseling background. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing in 1987 and her Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling approximately a decade later. She has held positions within corporate, human services, and educational environments. Full Biography

Toni Cipolla

Toni Cipolla MSEd, CASAC, received her Master's Degree in Education, with a focus on Counselor Education, in 1977. Since then she has been dedicated to teaching and helping others. Her role as an instructor for the past 12 years has proven an invaluable asset for herself and those she serves. Toni specializes in leading groups, training, and developing teams. Full Biography

Mike Wallace

Mike Wallace began his business career in 1973 and has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, financial planning & analysis, customer service, marketing operations, quality, and project management. He has consistently helped senior management achieve mission critical business objectives. Full Biography

Cheryl Schmidt

Cheryl Schmidt holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Resource Development, both from St. John Fisher College. Her professional background has encompassed the last ten years in progressive human resource positions. Cheryl is currently the lead HR executive for a mid-sized human services organization. She has served in various HR roles; including recruitment, benefits administration, HR generalist, senior HR management, and consulting capacities. Full Biography

Stephanie Dawson

Stephanie Dawson, BSW, CASAC joins enSpirit, llc. with 20 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Health where she worked as an Addiction Therapist. She has extensive experience as a consultant to the Greece School System providing education and training to students, staff and community members. She is passionate in designing and implementing programs that address the emotional, spiritual, and “work life” health of those she serves. Full Biography

Karen Ziemniak

Karen Ziemniak has been with enSpirit, llc. for almost 5 years and is an integral member of the team. Karen worked at Kodak for over 13 years, holding the positions of Recruitment Assistant and Customer Account Analyst. Following her employment with Kodak, she continued working in the Customer Service field for various organizations in the Rochester area. Full Biography

Sara Martone

Sara is currently a full time student and works part time at enSpirit, llc. She holds many positions at enSpirit providing creative office and administrative support. Her positive energy and warm, welcoming attitude allows for people to feel at home when in her presence. She is incredibly involved in her local church, as well as in the conference and the jurisdiction. Sara enjoys being with friends when not at work or school and is exploring her interests in art and psychology. Sara’s youthful energy is a welcome addition to the enSpirit team. Full Biography
