Gwen Mazza

Biography

Gwen Mazza, MS. Ed., LMHT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, and Behavioral Analyst. She holds certifications in Behavioral, Values and TriMetrix Analyses which are tools geared toward enhancing workplace environments. For over 20 years, Gwen has been serving individuals and organizations in the areas of counseling, coaching, consulting, and training & cultural transformation. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling in May, 1988. Gwen then spent 10 years teaching and training new clinicians in the art of group facilitation and direct clinical care. During her years of service within organizational settings, she became highly sought after for her skills related to team and staff development; focusing on employee wellness, integration of business and services, as well as program development and quality assurance compliance. In 1996, she left Unity Health System to begin her private practice and begin her formal work in coaching.

Gwen is the former Co-CEO of Illuminate of Rochester, Inc. She began the development of her latest venture, enSpirit, llc. as an opportunity to further expand her abilities and services. Gwen has years of experience assisting corporations and individuals seeking professional coaching and staff development. She has once again put her skills to work in selecting her own team of the finest area professionals in the Executive, Leadership, and Human Resource Development fields. Gwen’s team has created numerous trainings and services covering a broad spectrum of topics. The enSpirit, llc. team has a unique ability to help grow the smallest of companies and effectively assist and transform the largest organizations. Most recently, you will find Gwen hosting the cable television show “The Art of Transitions”, offering the surrounding community an opportunity to grow through the sharing of her guests’ life experiences.
