Couple’s Enhancement Workshop

enSpirit, llc. offers weekend workshops for couples who are interested in increasing their communication effectiveness. Ineffective communication is often the result of misunderstandings and is one of the primary causes of discord in relationships of all kinds.

During the workshop, couples are guided through a process of self-discovery utilizing tools focused on the assessment of values and communication styles. The workshop will offer those attending an opportunity to begin to dialogue with each other about the why and how of their behavior. The goal of the workshop is to help couples begin to understand and appreciate each individual’s perspective, decreasing judgment and increasing value. Couples will learn tools that will enhance their communication effectiveness in their relationships.

Women & Spirituality

enSpirit, llc. is offering an ongoing group to women who are interested in engaging in the exploration of living a spirit centered life.
